Bakti Bintang Andalan, as part of PT Kaliraya Sari’s team, has reached an important milestone in the EPC Pipeline Replacement RWL Stage-2 Project owned by PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan with the completion of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities in Duri, Riau.

This project is part of an integrated operations and maintenance known as the O&M Project which encompasses of the engineering, procurement and installation of 24” HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) pipes where its part of Water Treatment Plant facility. The 24” FRP pipe replaces an existing waterline from Rangau located at Rangau Water Treatment Plant, to Waduk at KM 125 in Duri, Riau. In around of 14 months, the KRS (“Contractor”) installed 25 km of HDPE waterline and more than 2.000 lengths of underground pipe.

Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for the waterline has now just completed, and will entering completion of the Pipeline Replacement RWL Stage-2 Project soon.

This achievement represents an important milestone for the project, and once complete, is set to assist the facility owner (Pertamina Hulu Rokan) in maintaining seamless operation to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable functioning of the facility and assets. PT Bakti Bintan Andalan thus confirms its commitment to complete the Work based on Client’s time schedule with no delay and work overlap.

Once complete, this project not only increased or continues operation of the facility but also demonstrated Company ability and capability in delivering its expertise to support Partner and/or Client in the O&M service in a brownfield environment without any shutdowns. It stands as Company portofolio, shows Company’s commitment to keep going, and in overcoming challenges and delivering excellent results for our Client/partners.
